Katy Cash
Katy is the Co-Founder of Juniper Homes and proudly serves as the CEO. Katy’s roles include meeting clients for initial design consultations, putting together estimates and proposals, overseeing all projects, working to advance the day-to-day operations as the company grows, and continually looking for ways to improve systems to make Juniper Homes as efficient as possible.
Katy has been renovating homes in the DMV area for over 5 years and gets excited to see each and every transformation we are a part of. Her love of home design started back in High School when she was helping her Dad with the architecture plans for their new home on Juniper Lane in Falls Church, VA. After working in real estate for a few years, she realized the need for a trusted one-stop shop service that provides clients with a stress-free and enjoyable experience throughout the process of selling their home while also helping to maximize their home’s value - from that, Juniper Homes was born. Over the years she has earned a reputation for being patient, trustworthy, and naturally gifted in the area of design.
Before realizing her passion for real estate, Katy owned an event planning company primarily focused on wedding planning in New York and DC and she also spent 5 years working for Booz Allen Hamilton. She received a Finance and Accounting degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville where she met her husband. After spending 4 years living in New York City and 5 years living in Southeast DC, she migrated back to her hometown and currently lives down the street from Juniper Lane with her husband, two sons and loveable dog Penny.
